We remove the glass unit, replace the spacer bar, desiccant, and sealant, then reinstall everything so it’s refreshed, clear, and ready for another long life.

As long as your glass isn’t cracked, badly scratched, or otherwise damaged, we keep it and replace your window seals, including fresh spacer bar, desiccant, edge seal, and your windows weather stripping. That means less waste, lower cost than full replacement, and your windows look new again without tossing good glass and frames into the landfill. 

 Most reseal jobs are surprisingly low drama: we work from inside and outside as needed, pull the glass, reseal the unit, and reinstall it with minimal dust and noise.
